Yesterday there were three screening held on the Set of DiVAS inviting the in-world community to experience the grand finale of the hugely successful web series. Most of the story has been kept under tight wraps, so no one knew what they were in for and were they ever shocked. Each screening seemed to produce more people as others returned to watch for a second and third time. By the end of the night there had been over 50 people experience what has been lauded by viewers as “AWESOME!”
It was like a Big Brother: Second Life Reunion as Lillani Lowell joined her three previous house mates from the first virtual reality show produced by Endemol in 2007. For those who don’t know, Kit Maitland, Phaylen Fairchild and Allatu Augustus were all hand picked participants.
Thanks to all of you who accepted our invite, our closest friends, the bloggers and journalists that have supported us from the beginning, fellow machinimists whose work we admire so greatly. It was an incredible night!
